Encrypted Storage

All personal and payment data is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Your UPI identifiers, Paytm references and PhonePe account details are never held in plain text on any of our servers.

Cookie Controls

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in, and optional analytics cookies to improve page performance. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel in your account dashboard at any point.

Account Security Layer

Two-step verification is available on all accounts. We notify you by SMS to your registered mobile number whenever a new device attempts to access your account, so you stay aware of any unexpected activity.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records are retained for seven years to meet financial-reporting obligations under Indian law. Account profile data is deleted within 30 days of a confirmed account-closure request, unless a legal hold applies.

Third-Party Sharing Policy

We share data only with payment processors (UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe), fraud-prevention services, and regulators where required by law. We do not sell or rent your data to marketing partners under any circumstance.

Data Correction Requests

You can update your name, email or mobile number directly in Account Settings. For changes that affect linked payment methods such as your UPI handle, contact our privacy team so we can verify ownership before updating the record.

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. We also record the payment method identifiers you link to your account, such as your UPI handle or Paytm wallet ID, solely for transaction processing.

We share data only with payment processors (UPI network operators, Paytm, PhonePe), fraud-detection services, and statutory bodies when required by Indian law. Your data is never sold or rented to advertisers or unrelated marketing companies.
